Arn Krebs Mokume is looking for a 30 hour/week bench jeweler/studio assistant to add to its team. We are looking for someone with a degree in Jewelry and metals or experience as a jeweler or goldsmith. Familiarity with mokume gane is a huge plus but not necessary.
We are willing to teach the right candidate based on commitment to the job and interest. The job will include some office work and general studio help as well.
The main skill set sought is the ability to fabricate a ring from scratch, forging skills, soldering skills, stone setting skills, and overall bench proficiency with tools. General comfort in working with gold, silver, and palladium is also required.
